The Tulsa Artist Fellowship is a new artist resource in Oklahoma, open to artists in the US.

The Creative Capital Award application is open now through February 28! We invite artists in every discipline to apply. The Award comes with up to $50,000 in project funding and $45,000 worth of advisory support.

 


Magnum Foundation Project Development Laboratory

This opportunity is a two-day experimental laboratory for photographers, artists, academics, media professionals, and other practitioners using photography in their work to develop documentary projects that offer counter-histories and alternative narratives.

Faena Art Prize

Faena Art invites international artists across disciplines to submit proposals for a chance to receive $75,000, and the opportunity to create a site-specific work at the Faena Art Center in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Miami Beach.

Pratt Studio Residency Program

Pratt is offering two studio residencies to visual artists with a demonstrated commitment to their artistic practice. One comes with a free apartment, and the other is for an artist already living in New York. The space is open to any artist with US work authorization.

Stochastic Labs Summer Residency
Berkeley, CA

The Stochastic Labs offers fully-sponsored residencies to engineers, artists, scientists, and entrepreneurs from around the world. Residencies include a private apartment at the mansion, co-working and/or dedicated work space, shop access, a $1k monthly stipend and a budget for materials.

I-Park Composers + Musicians Collaborative Residency
East Haddam, Connecticut

I-Park artists-in-residence program is accepting applications from composers and musicians for its 2018 summer Residency. Five composers will team with members of the Akropolis Reed Quintet in an intensive daily collaboration designed to shape and polish substantially complete chamber ensemble works to a state of concert readiness. Residencies are fully funded, and include a private room, meals, a studio recording of all new works, and a $1,000 stipend.

Millay Colony’s incredible residency in Upstate New York comes with living and studio space and a stipend. They support collectives, individual artists, and they have virtual residencies for working artists or parents.

Elsewhere Studios
Paonia, Colorado

Elsewhere Studios is offering a one-month fully-funded residency for a ceramic artist working with alternative firing techniques. The residency includes living space at Elsewhere in Colorado, full access to Paonia Clayworks studio, and a $250 stipend. Artists are expected to host a one-day workshop about their alternative firing process during the residency.

Tulsa Artist Fellowships

Now in its second year of supporting visual and literary artists in the US, Tulsa Artist Fellowship provides an unrestricted award of $20,000. The program supports 5 to 15 fellowships that come with free housing, studio space for visual artists and co-working space for literary artists in the heart of Tulsa’s vibrant arts and entertainment district.

Indie Memphis Black Filmmaker Residency for Screenwriting

This residency for screenwriting offers a two-month residency in Memphis, TN for an emerging or established black filmmaker to work on a feature film screenplay to be produced in Memphis. Located in the heart of Memphis, TN, the program will provide one screenwriter with $7,500 of unrestricted cash, plus housing and round-trip travel accommodations and, most importantly, uninterrupted time for writing their feature film screenplay.
